Right in the middle of the forward-looking theme of energy, in exciting client projects, an inspiring corporate structure with flat hierarchies and with the chance to learn a great deal and quickly take on responsibility: That is what defines a career as a consultant with The Advisory House.
If you are talented and highly motivated, we will help you grow at The Advisory House from Business Analyst to Partner, from mathematics student to a Strategy Consultant or from post-graduate in Business Studies to sought-after energy industry expert.
You fully convince during recruiting – through your expertise, methods and personality. Once you start working with us, we warmly welcome you at your home office and provide you with all the important and useful support you need. During your first few days, you will attend an intensive orientation training and meet your introductory mentor and career counsellor. Soon you will be ready to tackle your first project.
Your Project Manager will introduce you to your first project. Generally, you support your customers on site about four days a week. Travelling by air or train will become a routine procedure. The hotel will be your second home and the project team your second family. Soon, new themes will be added and you will assume more responsibility. Your tasks will grow with your experience. There is no such thing as boredom. Without doubt, consulting on this level is both challenging and motivating.
“Learning on the job” is essential – but not everything. You regularly meet your career counsellor to discuss your career development. You participate in targeted training programmes and systematically expand your set of skills. If your performance is exceptionally good, we will also support your postgraduate studies to earn a PhD or MBA.
With increasing seniority, you will supervise younger colleagues and actively shape the future of The Advisory House. As a Project Manager, you will not only be an excellent business consultant, but also a sought-after industry expert.
